All of our properties are available on an exclusive occupancy basis. Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday in the summer but short breaks are available outside of the peak weeks, on request

Fully Catered Package: What's Included?
Exclusive occupancy of the property and facilities:
  • Beautiful, white bed linen, bath robes (for adults), bath towels and slippers;
  • Luxury miniature toiletries;
  • Hairdryers in every bathroom;
  • Travel cots, high chairs and stair-gates, if required.
Your dedicated chalet host will provide:
  • Continental breakfast on six days:
  • Croissants, pains au chocolats and baguettes;
  • A selection of cereals, yoghurts and fruit;
  • Jams and spreads;
  • Tea, coffee, fruit juice and hot chocolate;
  • Porridge on request.
  • Housekeeping on six days;
  • Mid-week towel change on request;
  • Restaurant reservations and organisation of extra activities/services.
Your dedicated chalet chef will provide:
  • Cooked breakfast on six days:
  • A different option every day, cooked to order;
  • Bacon and eggs anyway available every morning.
  • Freshly baked afternoon tea every day;
  • Sparkling wine and canapés on your first and last evening;
  • Pre-dinner nibbles every other evening;
  • Three- or four-course meals with carefully selected wines on six evenings;
  • Two course suppers for children on six evenings.
 
Available throughout your stay:
  • A variety of house wines from our extensive list;
  • A selection of lagers, local beers, spirits and soft drinks;
  • PG Tips and Mighty Leaf Tea bags;
  • Batch roasted coffee and Nespresso capsules.
 
Please note that your chalet team will have one well-deserved day off during the week. On this day (usually a Thursday) you will be able to help yourselves to a continental breakfast which will then be cleared away by the chalet assistant. The housekeeping service will operate as usual and afternoon tea will be laid out for your arrival back at the chalet after skiing.

As a welcome gift you will find a bottle of our exclusive sparkling wine and a selection of local beers in the fridge. We hope you will enjoy these as you settle into your new home for the week.
 
Please note that your chalet host will have one well-deserved day off during the week. On this day you will be able to help yourselves to a continental breakfast but there will be no housekeeping service.

Booking Procedure

Before making a booking please contact Jess to check availability and confirm the price.

  • Please read our terms and conditions;
  • Complete our online booking form;
  • By sending your booking form you are confirming acceptance of our terms;
  • Please make your deposit payment (30% of the holiday cost) or full payment if it is within 8 weeks of your arrival date;
  • We'll send confirmation by email and then you can sit back and count down the days until your holiday!

Please note that we do not reserve any properties without a deposit payment. Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received both the booking form and deposit payment.

Payments

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival.

The deposit and balance payments must come from the group leader. We don't accept payment from other group members.

Payment can be made by:

  • direct bank transfer to our UK or French bank account
  • debit or credit card (over the phone)
  • UK cheque, payable to "Morgan Jupe Limited"
  • TransferWise (non-sterling) - please request a payment link

Charges:

  • 1.5% for credit cards
  • 3% for commercial cards
  • 3% for non-UK debit and credit cards
  • FX conversion charges may also apply (to non-sterling payments)

Cancellation Policy

The booking may only be cancelled by written notification (email or post) from the group leader. Upon receipt of written notification of cancellation, Morgan Jupe will (subject to terms) confirm the cancellation and the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • For cancellations confirmed at least eight weeks prior to arrival: 30% of the total holiday cost will be charged i.e. the deposit amount.
  • For cancellations confirmed between four weeks and eight weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged.
  • For cancellations made less than four weeks prior to arrival: 100% of the total holiday cost will be charged and no refund will be due.

Cancellation due to events beyond the control of the group will be subject to the same refund policy as above (such as, but not limited to: cancelled flights, health issues). For full terms and conditions, please click here.
