The start of the new season has inspired creativity in our chefs; they’ve been working hard over the past couple of weeks to come up with some brand new and very exciting menus!

Brad’s “Fish and Chips” served with pea purée, pomme paille and of course, homemade curry sauce and tomato ketchup is one of our favourites alongside Josh’s 53 ˚C beef fillet with sautéed chanterelles, triple cooked chips, parsnip purée and sauce Colbert. The new menus have been received extremely well by our first guests of the season and we’re looking forward to experimenting with more new ideas over the course of the winter.
