We were delighted to attend the prestigious AA Hospitality Awards this month in London with the team from Bully’s Restaurant. They were deservedly awarded AA Restaurant of the Year for Wales and we are extremely proud that Morgan Jupe Wines are their top supplier.


It was an evening like no other and we felt honoured to be seated alongside guests such as Marcus Wareing, Raymond Blanc and Michelle Roux Jr (to name just a few)! Tom Kerridge from The Hand in Flowers produced a truly impressive three course meal for the one thousand attendees and the Bordeaux wine was flowing all evening; we particularly enjoyed his clever take on “Shepherd’s Pie” with suet pastry and clotted cream mashed potatoes (it may well feature on our chalet menu this year!).
