If anyone has a doubt in their mind about skiing in Morzine this year because of poor snowfall records they need to have a serious re-think and take a look at this chart!

Historical Snowfall ReportLast year Morzine and Avoriaz absolutely smashed snowfall records at the start of the season; when everyone else was struggling, we had over 100cm of snow on our upper pistes and Avoriaz managed to maintain one of the highest snow depths in France throughout the whole season.

We can never be absolutely certain what the weather is going to do but all the signs so far are pointing in exactly the right direction for a seriously good season this year! Avoriaz receives a very impressive average of 8 metres snowfall every year anyway which means that even if the lower slopes of Morzine are struggling, there’s still plenty of skiing to be done! So stop worrying about it and book your next incredible Morgan Jupe skiing holiday now …
